Breast lift (mastopexy) is a procedure to lift and tighten sagging breasts. Breasts may have lost elasticity and volume as a result of weight loss, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or natural aging process. 

Depending on the extent of it, sagging breasts can also be increased by breast augmentation with implants.
